By interacting with Metasign Primus (viewing assets, submitting inquiries, or syncing via any module),

Metasign Primus is provided for operational broadcasting and information transfer.
Commercial or exploitative use is prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
Logic-bound frameworks set by Signal govern all transmissions, content blocks, and vault signals.

2. Intellectual Property

Bravell Holding Company, or its respective third-party licensors, owns all logos,
schematics, copy, and deployable assets.
Unauthorized duplication, extraction, or repurposing is prohibited.
“Signal,” “Metasign Primus,” and related terms are protected operational identifiers.

3. Liability & Disclaimer

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Metasign Primus does not guarantee uptime, sync accuracy, or future asset value.
Signal deploys error recovery protocols, but users engage with the system at their own risk.

4. Data Processing & Consent

By initiating contact, you consent to the encrypted routing of operational data.
Metasign Primus aligns with applicable jurisdictional compliance rules (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

5. External Domains & Assets

Linked assets and external relay nodes operate independently and are not covered under these Terms.
Bravell Holding Company and Metasign Primus disclaim responsibility for third-party actions.

6. Jurisdiction & Legal Governance

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Sheridan, Wyoming.

7. Amendments & Operational Updates

Terms may be updated periodically. Timestamped revisions will be posted directly to the broadcast interface.
Continued usage signifies acceptance of updates.
